Yeah, no Matterhorn, Star tours, or Incredicoaster when we are there. Plus no Pirates. Roughly 20 percent of lightning lane availability from a month or so ago completely gone.
I really hope this means that attendance will be really light end of July into August or things will not be fun/value not there for us.
If all those are still closed on August 11 when Haunted mansion is down for 10-11 days. It will be a complete cluster
Still undecided if we should cancel our Aug 1 and Aug 2 dates given all this

I think my issue is more charging high tier prices when you have that much down in August and you're adding in a time when the lower tier Keys finally get to return from a long summer absence. Though I realize charging less for tickets means you might make things even more jam packed with less attractions to spread people out.

I don't believe Pirates is on any of the current refurb schedules. I think AAhawk was simply lamenting the lessened value of lightning lane with Pirates having been removed from it just as multiple rides offered on LL are going onto the refurb schedule.

Oof. Incredicoaster is a huge loss for our first (maybe only) trip since our dates are Aug 1-3 Happy RSR is still up though. Looking most forward to doing the rides we don't have in WDW.

RSR is slated to go down in mid-August for a month to replace lighting. You'll be fine. Incredicoaster is a big loss as we usually start our day there. It's such a fun coaster.

That will be great for all of us going last week of July and early August. Still bummed about Incredicoaster but this is great news!

This just made my 16 year old’s day! Matterhorn is one of her absolute favorites and our first park day is the 24th!

There’s a permit filed for work on BTTM and I know there has been some speculation that it won’t go down for refurb until after Matterhorn is finished…what are the odds that BTTM could be added starting 7/24? Or do you think they’ll leave a bit of a window between?

I would think very slim with Incredicoaster down for that final week of July and well into mid-August. Then you have Star Tours also down for an extended refurb. Anything is possible but I think they're waiting a bit for that one.

It seems like refurb start dates are usually pretty locked in and don’t pop up on short notice but end dates can be announced on short notice.

Haha sorry for the scare! I’d rather have BTTM too, but obviously all the mountains being open is the best! I’m sure there will be some time between everything.

I was also thinking that about Matterhorn! Too bad they couldn’t finish a week before to have it open for the official 70th bday, but it’s nice they’ll have it open before the rumored fall reopening!
