whats the diffrence between an Aspherical lens and a motorised lens.
this might sound like a really dumb question (i'm still 'new') will an aspherical lens still work with auto focus, or will i have to do it myself....i don't really understand what aspherical means

Those are two entirely different characteristics of lenses. Being motorized allows for cameras without a built in autofocus motor to autofocus with that lens.

Aspherical just refers to the shape of the lens elements within.
