I'm a bit confused - is there a difference between a Summer Associate position and a Professional Internship? Are most Professional Internships in park?

I just got accepted to a Summer Associate internship working with the Walt Disney Studios IT department (and I'm so exicted to be going out there to work). I found it on disneycareers.com, searching for internship. Is that how you find PIs too, or is there another page? (Or are they the same thing? :confused3)

The Walt Disney Company has several different divisions. Basically, they are each like their own little corporations under the big Walt Disney Company umbrella.

The Professional Internships and Disney College Programs fall under the "theme parks and resorts" division.

It sounds like whatever you doing is what the Studio division calls their interns. I'm sure that there are other differences when it comes to pay and benefits since it is under a different division.

Professional interns are on disneyinterns.com.
