What did you find different between the Magic and Wonder ships? What is better on Magic?

Thanks!

One's decorated in style of Art Nouveau, the other is Art Deco. Yea after about 6+ cruises on each I couldn't tell you what the difference is between those styles.

The Magic has the AquaDUNK - the drop slide, the Wonder does not.

The Wonder has Tiana's place which is my favorite restaurant in the fleet (well the food in Palo is still better). But now the Magic has the Tangled themed restaurant (named for "Rapunzel" -- hey, maybe I spelled that correctly) which was modeled after Tiana's. Can't wait to partake of it later this year.

The Wonder has had the enclosed Cove Cafe / Outlook Cafe for her trips up to Alaska, but now they've taken that space on the 10 deck and ruined it by making most of it concierge exclusive, and the little sliver for us common folks is pretty small. I don't think they created those spaces on the Magic (yet)

The basic layout of the ships are the same. Some (many) of the names have been changed to "confuse" newcomers to the sister ship.

I've heard that the decor in Fathoms is darker than Azure. Keys looks pretty different than Cadillac.

The clubs have some slightly different areas too. Magic has Pixie Hollow and Wonder has Frozen.

Magic has Lumiere's (B&B theme) and the Wonder has Tritons (Little Mermaid.)

I will be on the Magic for the first time in June, but those are some things I've noted.

When we were on the EBPC cruise in the fall, the entrance to the spiral stairway from the Cove Cafe (deck 9) to what remained of the Outlook Cafe (deck 10) was closed off as the remaining small sliver of space space on deck 10 was being converted to concierge as well. We miss it. When we did the Alaska cruise in 2015, the Outlook Cafe was our favorite location on the ship to read and relax.

Both ships are wonderful and we always enjoy or time on them. You cant go wrong with either.

The shows in the Walt Disney theater are somewhat different. Some are the same, but some are unique to each boat

Biggest difference is where they are going most of the year. Magic takes off for Europe while the Wonder hits the canal and, later, Alaska. We are more interested in itineraries than ships...as long as they are DCL. Mickey and Minnie look the same. Maybe Pluto has a nick out of his ear on one of the ships. Well, that means I'll have to go back and check it out. Someone has to do it!!!
