What's the Difference between CEO and Company's Chief Executive?

I'm talking about Michael Eisner's jobs.
 
CEO and Chief Executive are the same- the CEO standing for Chief Executive Officer. The issue people have with Eisner is that he is also Chairmain of the Board of Directors.
