What's the current incentive offer for touring DVC?

Whatever the advanced sales associate at the kiosk offers you.
Sometimes fastpasses, sometimes gift cards, sometimes nothing. Depends on where you are staying and how hard it is for them to get you to tour (some people don't need any incentive), your level of interest, and if you've toured before. Sometimes special offers are left in your room if you're staying on property that you have to bring with you to tour. There's a DVC forum on here where this and other similar questions about touring get asked.

Last time we were at EPCOT the man at the kiosk offered us ice cream. We laughed at him and walked away.

Back in September my husband and I received a $100.00 Disney gift card for our time. The gift card nearly paid for all of our souvenirs. To us it was the best spent 45 minutes of the day.

My family was lured in on Sep 28th and we were given ice cream, $60 gift cards and 7 fastpasses (good for 3 rides each). Oh and the van ride to Magic Kingdom. And we fell for it, and bought into the club!!
