Whats the best way to get to DTD this week?

Looking for the best ways and times. The boats at POR are an option for me. I am going Sunday to Monday. Was hoping to stop by (usually park by Cirque) Sunday Morning and Sunday night then again Monday Morning. I figured traffic shouldn't be horrible Sunday and Monday before 11am so I could drive. In the evening Sunday I could take a bus or a boat.

We drove from POR to DTD last summer, and parking was a disaster. Every indication is that it is worse now. The buses are an option, but from POR, I always go for the boat ride if it is available. It is calm, and relaxing, and only takes 20 minutes or so.
