What's the best way to do WOC without reservations?

If I don't purchase the $14.99 meals what's the best way to see the show? I have 10 in my party.

Get the WoC Fast Passes from the Grizzly River Rapids FP distribution spot in the morning. All ten ticket will need to have been used that day to enter either park.

that's what we do. As soon as we are allowed in the turnstiles, one person "runs" (walks with purpose) to the FB for WoC while the rest of our party goes to the rope drop. Then our "runner" catches up with us.
