Hi,
Has anyone else had any problems booking ADR's for the 25th Aug? I can't seem to get anything for the eve, so wondered if there was something special planned????? :confused3
I actually thought I had booked the Sci Fi diner, but when I checked, (because I had used the date range option), I had booked a different night!

Is Fantasmic on that night? It makes all the restaurants in Hollywood Studios much more popular

by then the usa free dinning will have kicked in there's start on the 15th of august, with them more likely to book in advance than us over here expect the restaurants to be busy from the start of there free ddp

It's my wedding anniversary. 19 wonderful years. (just in case my dear wife reads this!)

I've booked every table in every restaurant, just in case.

Its my first full day at WDW so everyone wants to be around :rotfl2:

We are eating at Cape May that evening:thumbsup2

I have read somewhere to wait nearer the time as people will cancel some adrs nearer the time.

Try a less popular/well known restaurant, like Boatwrights at the POR, nice place. Combined with a stroll around the resort (it's a gorgeous place) or a horse and carriage ride, making it a lovely evening out.

Its our first day there too

we have booked the Wave

BTW I think you may be telling porkies about booking every table:rotfl2:, but that's a really good reason why I can't get one!!!!

Knew there must be a good reason!:goodvibes

I really fancied Cape May for an eve, but kids don't like fish:scared1:

Thanks for the tip:thumbsup2 DS has found a thread that offers swaps etc, but can't get my head round it at the mo!
Will keep checking!

Thanks for that suggestion, will look at the menu:thumbsup2
We stayed at POR last year for a couple of days, and really liked it, even though it was full of cheerleaders!!!

Meh, I could have let you all know our plans.

We had full ADRs booked for 15th -29th August and had to cancel the lot with the holiday 2 weeks ago.

It doesnt look like we will get there now until next year.

I am not sure that I can wait that long.

I have the impression that Cape May is like Crystal Palace but with fish and mussels and clams. They also do ribs and corn on the cob and a beef station.

Jeez, I'm so sorry to hear that. I really hope your return to WDW is sooner rather than later:flower3:
