ME!

How in the heck to you apply self-tanner????

I'm using sissy self-tanner. That Jergens stuff, and I'm turning a nice shade of burnt orange and now I've got areas that are a darker shade of orange, where I apparently didn't rub it in well enough.

I leave in four days and at this rate, I'll look like a carrot.

So, what's the trick to this stuff?

:charac4: <----- Me. Except my sunglasses are cuter.

:rotfl2: That is too funny. Sorry you are having such a hard time.

I use the Jergen's Healthy Glow and I like it a lot. I use the fair shade, and it is just the right color for me. If you "loofa" before you put it on, it should help with the unevenness. I also go very light on my knees or ankles, because it tends to get really dark on rough skin.

Good luck.

And here I thought you were referring to an intelligent cat! LOL! I hate self tanners but do have good luck with the lotion and tanners in one product.

Use regular lotion, afterwards - especially in "problem" areas (i.e. hands, feet, knees, elbows)

Smooshes it all in, and blends it better.

You know, I just noticed that it's only my feet, which I've been wiping off afterwards, and my legs. My arms, stomach and everything else, looks fine.

Thanks for the tip!

That's what I'm using, but I grabbed the medium shade. That could be part of the problem, since I'm so white I scare ghosts.

I think I could lay off of it and by Thursday, I should be a nice apricot color.

Are you striped or stripped? Stripped sounds better, BTW :smooth: :smokin:

OMG - thanks for that! Gotta love that edit button!

I was stripped. Now I'm striped.

You know what works really, really well for me? This ----> :sunny:

Unfortunately, the ol' skin is starting to show the effects of that.

I seem to be attracting really bad tags lately. That'll probably be my next one. :rotfl2:

Hey, when I make a typo, at least it's a good one!!! :thumbsup2
