I like the explanation of why she's part time-lord. That scene was quite funny. Although it spoils your theory of it being the Doctor's baby...

Did you think before the reveal that River was going to be the Doctor's mother? That scene was a bit awkward before the actual reveal... Especially the kissy face. I guess that means she's also his wife?

Anyone else (actually it's probably just George I'm talking to here that's seen it) think it was a tad creepy how the Doctor was all "aww" holding baby Melody and then like 10 minutes later he's made up to find out it's River as a baby? He was just like, holding the baby version of River who he clearly likes/loves/whatever.. Just a bit weird.

Aw yeah I know. But now I know it's River, I'm glad it isn't his baby 'cause that's wrong on many levels. Did you see how they kept referring to the baby maybe being the Doctor's? I kept gasping all the way through haha.

Yes OMG when the Doctor figured it out I was like HOLY CRAP IS SHE HIS MUM WAIT NO WHAT INCEST IN A KID'S SHOW NOW WHAT'S GOING ON then she told Amy and I was like OH. Ngl, I was hoping for something a bit more interesting since that's been a theory ever since Amy's been pregnant..

Yeah, I didn't really see the point in her character..

yeah it was about some pirate ship thing and a siren thingy, I think it was. But I honestly had no idea what on earth was going on because I didn't know who any of the people were.

I think her character was there, just for the whole forest thing. There's us thinking that "the only water in the forest is the river" was the TARDIS' way of saying that Amy was taken during the Forest of the Dead episode.

I do wish that River's reveal was more unpredictable, but the way it was revealed was really good. If I hadn't read the theory already, I would of been very shocked. By the way, do we still call her River, or do we start calling her Melody...?

I first thought that Amy was a flesh again, but that wouldn't of explained the eyepatch lady appearing behind them...
