Oh, that one. Really, it's not one of the better episodes really. I would suggest Blink (because I always do...) or Eleventh Hour (if you just want to start with Matt Smith).

3.) The title. I may have laughed.
4.) I hope it's not a filler-y episode full of stuff not important to the overall series plot (*cough* like the pirate episode which is why I didn't like it much *cough*). Especially since after that episode, explaining needs to be done.
