A pound is now $1.62. It's going down!

It's been varying between $1.55 to $1.65 for months now. The highest it got, which was before the recession, was around $2 to £1.

Doesn't xx mean kiss kiss? X is a kiss, and O is a hug. I really have no idea though. Whenever I get texts from a friend, she always ends it with that. I guess it's just a thing.

Well, I assumed x was hug. Because people go XOXO (not OXOX) and they say "HUGS and KISSES" example being "Love, Aunt Sally XOXO hugs and kisses!" which makes it seem like since hugs and X are first, Xs are the hugs.

if i send a text to one of my friends i put xx
if i send a text to someone in my family i put xxx

oh yeah. i have a routine.

so complicated. just call it a line. that's soooo much easier. you Brits and your complicated ways of spelling things. I mean, is it really worth the extra effort to put a 'u' in favorite? no, not really. i guess we just like to take the easy way out of things lawls.

My mum said to me earlier today that maybe we wanted to go to Universal this year as well as Disney. Turns out she meant instead of Disney. I found a ticket online called the Orlando Freedom Ticket that gives unlimited access to all Orlando theme parks (and Busch Gardens) for £389 per person. I thought it was pretty good, considering a 14 day pass to WDW was £229, and and Orlando Flex Ticket was £185, which is £414 overall. She freaked out on me, saying how that was the same price as the flights, and we would never spend that money to go to every theme park and so on -_- Looks like Islands of Adventure is out of the question this year...

No idea why an X is a kiss, but I believe an O is a hug, because that's the shape your arms make when you hug someone.

That's how it's pronounced, which I hate. I think it should be pronounced "Q-E"
