Yes, accu-check service is AWESOME!! Last week kaylee's multiclix was broken, at the same time, her freestyle lite was giving E-2 errors most of the time.. Freestyle wouldn't give me a new meter because it didn't give the E-2 when Idid the test while they were on the phone.. she told me to call back next time I got it.. I said what are you going to do then, replace the meter she said.. so you aren't going to replace it now because you don't believe me? no, because you didn't get the E-2, ***, seriously?? I was so mad.. then I called accu-check for the multiclix.. sure, we'll get that right out to you, you'll get it by fedex in two days (I called at 4-5pm at night).. then I asked if they could send me an aviva meter, told them I was unhappy with the service from Abbott.. sure, we'll send that out to you, but it'll take a few extra days, but you'll get it with the week.. next day, at 10am, I got both the meter, with test strips and a multiclix in a new box, and then seperate multiclix.. THATS customer service.
