What's on the Palo Brunch Menu?

I'm intrigued about the Stollen with Jam/Whip Cream. I did not have this when DH and I did the Brunch on our Magic Cruise. What is it and why is it sooooo good. I must try some in February! It sounds like I missed a few things I would love to try.

DH thought the crab legs were the best. The best part of the cruise for him. He embarassed me walking back to our table with crab legs piled from his plate to the ceiling.

DS(8) LOVES crab legs. He is so disappointed that he can't go to the brunch with us. Is there any way I could get a server to put a few in a box for us to take back to the cabin for him?

I would ask. The worst thing they could do is say no! Since there is an additional fee for the brunch you might offer to pay for it if they would allow you to take some out with you. My guess is that they would decline the extra fee but still allow you to take it out. It is just a guess.

I read the other day of someone else getting a pizza to go , they had jokingly asked if there was any chance of one to go and the server said of course and brought a wrapped one , so i 'm sure that they would happily oblige your DS.

The menu indicates all these buffet items and then lists that there are additional items the server brings?

What else does he bring?

Yummy, i believe the entrees include, tender filet of beef topped with Gorgonzola sauce, an earthy mushroom risotto, and a pan-seared veal loin with wild mushroom sauce,Chicken Cacciatore
Tiliapia and risotto,Roast Beef, lasagne, rack of lamb etc.

We just returned from our cruise yesterday and the Palo brunch was a definate highlight!

The pizzas and entres need to be ordered from your server. We ate some of the breakfast items, took a little break, ate from the buffet, took a little break, ordered the pizza, took a little break, ordered an entre, took a break, had dessert, then rolled out of the place.

The mushroom pizza and tilapia were some of the best food I have ever eaten! We signed up for the brunch right away, but there were many empty seats while we were there. I don't know if people didn't show up, if many people weren't interested, or if they only take a limited number of people. There was a seafood buffet the same day so maybe lots of people opted for that. I don't think the brunch could be beat though!
