What's on the menu?

Alright, I didn't stick to my plan today...I neglected my tuna and spinach salad, and right now I'm eating a Kashi Peanut Butter Granola bar. It's not too bad though, right? LOL On a positive note, it's just after 3 pm and I have already downed a whole liter of Dasani, onto my next bottle!
 
I'm fairly certain it was on here that I read about "inside-out eggrolls" but I forgot to print out the recipe and have since made one up myself:laughing:

I stir-fry whatever veggies I might have around, usually onions chopped pretty large, some sweet red peppers, scallions, maybe a mushroom or two or frozen green peas in olive oil until tender...add a bag of coleslaw mix, some ginger root, garlic, and once everything looks edible, add about 2 tsps of low-salt soy sauce.

I am absolutely loving this as a side dish!

BTW, I'm doing Medifast. I lost #30 in 10 weeks July/August/Sept then went off until a month ago. I've managed to lose about #2/week for the last five weeks but I'm cheating a little here and there this time;)

I DID print out the recipe, but still haven't made them! I'm gonna have to go find it!
 
Fat Free Fajita Shells, fresh peppers sliced, fresh onion sliced, and a cooked up chicken breast cut up. Add salsa, and voila, a great low fat meal! :goodvibes
