What's on everyone's Easter dinner menu?

I thought about it but since I have never made it before, I didn't want to try it on a big day- we'd all be eating KFC if I messed it up!

Prime Rib w/sauteed mushrooms and extra-hot horseradish
Twice baked potatoes (with real butter, what a treat!)
Steamed broccoli
Hawaiian Sweet rolls

For dessert:
A snifter of Grand Mariner or Bailey's (your choice ) with a cup of coffee.

Well, I guess I always have to be different!!!!!

We are having 25 people over and 8 kids so we are having a big BBQ. I bought a pool, slip and slide, sprinkler, etc.

We are having.
Hamburgers
Hot dogs
Pasta salad
7 Layer salad
veggie/dip
homemade mac and cheese

Some folks are bringing dessert and side dishes so who knows what else

I like your style!

We're having Turkey and dressing(DS19 request),Ham(DD13 request) Greek green beans(DH request), deviled eggs(gotta do something with all those colored eggs) Jello, and whatever dessert DH comes up with tomorrow.

Nothing fancy here this year (I'm really sick with some kind of upper respiratory/head cold type thing so we're staying home and not inviting anyone).

Looks like DH will grill up some steaks and I'm thinking we'll have some corn on the cob and some garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes. I'll still try to make an Easter cake for the kids at least .

My mom will be serving....sloppy joes, chicken enchiladas, ham, cheesy potatoes, potato salad, pasta salad, veggie tray and various desserts...It's kind of a double bday party/Easter celebration so we're having our fun foods...lol

I'm also making these "gourmet" cupcakes from the Cupcake Doctor Recipe book and the kids are going to help decorate them.

No lamb or even ham for us. We're having a crawfish boil, with sausage, hot dogs, artichokes, corn and mushrooms. Strawberry shortcake and chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.
