I have to work 3-11pm, so we'll probably eat at a restaurant for lunch before I head into work.

Ham
Mashed Potatoes
Stove Top
Candied Yams
Broccoli/Cauliflower
Corn
Gravy
Biscuits

White Cake with White Icing for dessert.

Spiral honey-glazed ham, asparagus in hollandaise sauce, gingered carrots, au gratin potatoes. (Guess I'm gonna be busy in the kitchen Sunday!)

DH and I are working on Easter, so we're having whatever we can grab at the fire station between calls. It's looking like PB & J for us :thumbsup2

I am cooking for 16 and don't have my act together at all. I am going to make a couple dishes from the place I go to where in a couple hours you put together the meals, bring them home to put in your freezer, then pull them out to cook. So I am going to make pork loins and dressing and maybe a chicken dish also from those.

Scalloped potatoes
green bean casserole since my son requested it
creamed corn casserole
big fruit salad
rolls

somebody else is bringing dessert, deviled eggs, macaroni salad

sometime soon, like tomorrow, I need to clean and straighten up the house, put up the extra table and collect chairs, set the tables. yell at the cats to get off the tables..so when I set them I'll have to cover them up. I need to pull out my good dishes and get them washed up- I use them so rarely they need washing before I can use them.

Not too much here as things are a bit hectic.

Ham
Devilled Eggs
Pasta Salad
Broccoli Salad
Mac and Cheese
Probably some fresh fruit and cheese

Not sure what else.

We have had ham for the last couple of weeks, my DH did not want ham on Sunday.

Happy Easter Everyone!!

Everyone's menus sound so good! Too bad we can't do one of those things where you eat a different course at a different home (I can't remember what they call it.)

We'll be kayaking on the Silver River so I expect my menu will consist of a cheese, lettuce, and tomato sandwich on Publix sourdough, a coke, and plenty of bottled water :sunny: .
