What's new for park restaurants? (CS or TS)

My parents are headed to WDW in a few months & they haven't been in 2 years.

What's new for in park counter service & table service restaurants?

They have no interest in Disney Springs, so please don't include those in the replies.

In park only? Not much new off the top of my head. Pecos Bill's has a different menu at MK, and Skipper Canteen (TS) is new. Diamond Horseshoe is actually open (for now). Tiffin's (Signature) and Harambe (QS) at AK. PizzeRizzo will be open in HS. Nothing new in EP.

Liberty Tree Tavern in the MK has a new All You Care to Eat lunch menu starting this week. Several favorites are gone.
