What's my chances of getting a new room at the poly?

Staying at the Poly Aug6-10. Hey, that's in 5 days!!!!!!!! What's my chances of getting a new , redecorated room? Are any finished yet? We have a garden view booked. No concerige.

I have read that Rapa Nui is finished with the new room decor and is back open so I guess your best chance would be to request Rapa Nui. If you do get in one of the new rooms take plenty of pictures.

The chances are... very slim... cause I'll get the renovated room first!! I'll be there tomorrow morning!! JK!

I called a few days ago and talked to the lady from the front desk. She said that they are working on the 3rd floor and the ground floor. The bldg is open for the 2nd floor. She didn't say if any rooms are done. But I did ask her if there's any room done if I can stay there and she said sure if it's available, but she warned me that there would be some noise.

I don't know if I want to risk staying where there will be some noise. We'll see. I check in tomorrow. My preference is Fiji anyways... so if Rapa Nui is not done yet, I'm happy to stay at Fiji or Samoa.
