This looks so wonderful. I think I see a few chewy fruit slices. I know I see chocolate (yummy), loads of whip cream and lots of ice cream.

Thanks! :flower:

2 scoops chocolate, 2 scoops vanilla, 2 scoops strawberry, 1 coffee, 1 mint I believe, a whole can of whipped cream, every toppings they have (hot fudge, caramel, butterscotch, marshmallow etc), candy bar, oreos, gummy bears, cherries, chocolate chips, sliced almonds, sprinkles. That's all I can think of...ok how sad is this..I have never even eaten it..been on this board too much!!! :teeth:

There is a video from the Travel Channel's site which shows the Kitchen Sink being made. The sink is the clip second from the right. YUM!

Making of the Kitchen Sink

I've also read that you can substitute ice cream flavors if you don't like one on the usual ones. Just ask.

I broke down and ordered one for my family of five a few weeks ago, and I thought it was YUK! It was "filled" with all kinds of cake pieces, and all the flavors sort of ran together?! My son ordered the "Fudge Mud Slide" during another visit, and it was delicious. The Kitchen Sink is a "production", and it is fun the way they serve it, but I'd much rather have something less complex.

A ton of dishes that need washing. Anybody want to come wash em?

Oh... I thought you said MY kitchen sink...

It's fun to get as a novelty and as long as you have five people to work on it, but I personally don't think its particularly good. It melts rather quickly into a gooy, unappetizing mass. If you are looking for a "good" dessert, I would pass this by.

The secret to eating it before it turns into a tasteless mush is to have 5 or more starving adults, each with a spoon and bowl, and turn the sink 1/4 turn every two minutes while eating as fast as you can.. fighting over your favorite piece of candybar or brownie should be held till the end! :earboy2:
