Is it still the Star Wars clips? And is the "Season of the Force" still happening or was that just over the holidays? I know they've switched Darth Vader for Kylo Ren in the meet and greet, but wondering about the rest. Maybe visiting in April and curious what will be over there. Thanks for any info!!

Yes, the Path of the Jedi film is still in the Captain EO theater. Currently, Kylo Ren and Chewbacca are the meet and greets in the Launch Bay. I don't know when or if they will change the characters.

Despite the name, which seemed to indicate it was tied to the holiday season, DLR has not yet announced an end date for the "Season of the Force". At this point, the Path of the Jedi (film in theater), HyperSpace Mountain, and Galactic Grill are all still being offered. The best guesses are that Jedi Academy, new scenes in Star Tours, and Launch Bay will last well beyond the end of "Season of the Force" (whenever it does end).

To add to this, I've heard rumors about Hyperspace Mountain lasting until summer, or maybe even beyond that. One rumor has it going on well past the Halloween season, replacing Ghost Galaxy.

With the popularity of the new movie and the upcoming Star Wars land, it would certainly make sense for it to stick around. Thanks for the replies, everyone!

Is Path of the Jedi worth watching if you're already a star wars fan? Or is it just a good overview for the un-initiated?

Hmmm, good question. It's all clips from mostly the original trilogy and the last of the prequels and then it leads into the trailer for the new movie. We saw it before the new one came out and I don't even think DH had seen the trailer yet so it was good for getting us all hyped up for the new one. By now it's probably not worth it unless you've got some extra time, there's never a line but you do have to wait until the next showing starts since I think it's about 15-20 minutes long.

I have a kiddo with only a vague notion of main star wars characters (and I personally have never seen any of the movies) and it would be a good time filler for an afternoon break. We can watch it while my mom and brother are over at launch bay (they're big fans). thank you!

I was disappointed about this at first as I'm not a Star Wars fan, but now I kind of want to see it. I hope it last a while longer. Right now my inclination is to reschedule our trip the second weekend in May or the first weekend in June.

Oh I hope it lasts until Summer, we will be there in June (second trip to DLR) and my family can not wait to ride Hyperspace Mountain.

Earlier this month I saw the movie at WDW's Hollywood Studios and I loved it. My family are huge Star Wars fans (went with a friend who is not a Star Wars fan at all but she thought it was good), and it really drew me into it. Not sure if the DL version is the same, but I am planning on watching it again when we are there mainly because I will be with my family then and I know they will want to watch it, but also because I thought it was really good.
