I'm going to go out on a limb and say that his (or anyone's for that matter) medical life is personal and isn't really any of our business.

I do not know how Corey got a collapsed lung. I can tell you that sometimes it just happens. My brother was in his early 30's and out of the blue got a collapsed lung. There was no trauma or injury. He went to work that morning and started to have chest pains while there.
