what's FRESH?

i've just read several posts about a restaurant called FRESH, but can't find it in the restaurant database. thanks for info about where it is, menu, prices, experience, etc. -- kay

We dined at FRESH for lunch on our Jan trip.
It is in the Dolphin where Jaun and Onlys used to be.
Its set up as a flat fee for your meal. They have a number on stations, each with an menu item or two, which you can order and they will prepare it "Fresh" for you.
We have some very particular eaters in our group and some found it to be a struggle to find enough....until we had dessert

I would recomend going at the begining or middle of a seating instead of the end, we had lunch the last hour they were open.
Many of the items had been made ahead (I assume so they could begin closing the kitchen) and I had some cold food. Also once the Creme Brulee was gone they didn't bring any more out. Soo Sad

I like the concept of FRESH, the menu items that day just didn't work well for our group. Maybe sometime we will give it another try....maybe a breakfast?

Never been to Fresh.......Is Fresh an all you can eat place like a buffet ? HOw many stations are there? Do you get one item per station? TYIA

We loved it when we went in December. There was an omelette, waffle, pancake area(with breakfast meats/potatoes-even though it wa 1pm), roasted chicken, pork tenderloin at the grill station; 3 kinds of soup; antipasta, salads and grilled marinated veggies; sandwich bar; all types of breads, fruit, pastry and pies, cakes for dessert. Very good and fresh. We loved it because we also got DVC discount of 20%. It is a bit confusing as to how the stations are serviced, but staff were helpful. Wait staff were very attentive. We would definitely return. Oh and yes, it is all you care to eat!
