I was in a cooking mood ( plus we just bought a ton of food at BJs:D ) so we are having sweet potato custard made in the crockpot, stuffed porkchops, homemade challah, and broccoli. My DD was begging for rice krispie treats, so i made some this afternoon. what's everyone else having:D

Nacho chips, meat, cheese :teeth:

I don't know. I am waiting for DH to return from the store and cook. He does all of the cooking.

Seafood enchiladas.
Cheesy Mexican Rice.

YUMMY!

You cooked all that?!?

pssss... will you marry me?

I sent Scuba Steve to the store to get all ready formed hamburgers. I hate squishing my hands in hamburger. ugky

So I guess the extent of my cooking skills is preheat and drop in pan.

I could get involved further and cut an onion.

But I am not sure I want to commit myself that much.

Delswife you can come over for dinner anytime:D The timer just went off , so it's time to eat !

simmered all day and then made a big pan of lasagna......tossed salad.....forgot about the bread machine....to tired anyways......delicious.....

Pan simmer pork chops in a homemade sauce, noodles and peas.

First time I tried this recipe for the porkchops and it was yummy!

delswife don't fell bad, I buy prepatted burgers too. :teeth:

We had cheeseburgers(On grill. Yes I cook outside a lot, even in the snow! :hyper: ) and macaroni salad.

:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

The Jets went into overtime -- We had pizza!

DH & DD are taking for ever. I am getting hungry

We had a roaster chicken, gravey, mashed tators, peas, rolls.....a nice hearty winter meal. I took the leftover chicken and made a chicken pie out of it to heat up later in the week.

As a rare treat, I got invited to Bro and SIL's for dinner. Pork loin, mashed potatoes, broccoli and carrots, corn, dinner rolls, apple sauce, chocolate cake, angel food cake. DELUXE!!!!!

As I sat down it hit me that it's less than 3 times a year I sit down to a home-cooked meal that I didn't cook. And one of those times is Christmas!

I had a bowl of mushroom soup with crackers.

Its chilly here, so DH and I made a big pot of chicken stew
and made cornbread and cherry pie ::yes::

YUM, now if the computer guy would just fix DH's computer so we can eat and watch Finding Nemo.

We had salad with cilantro vinagrette dressing, mulligatawny soup, potatoes with Afritude, prime rib with tamarind barbeque sauce, pork loin marinated in Coca Cola, pap, and ZEBRA DOMES!

:)

Although we have made the potatoes with afritude and the tamarind barbeque sauce, we didn't cook tonight. :)

you tell me & we'll both know.....................I haven't a clue at this stage..........haven't even given it a thought, but I guess I should.:(

A bowl of broccoli and a grilled cheese sandwich. Not too fancy.
