I just sold DH's black Member's Only jacket (can you say "Retro 80's"?) and an old light fixture that my dad (electrician) took out of an old victorian home. :thumbsup2

Gotta get off of these boards and package them up!!!! :surfweb:

How long do you give the buyer to contact you with their payment method and/or payment?

I sold some items that ended on Thursday last week and haven't heard from a couple buyers (4 days). Just curious what is considered reasonable time.

Thanks :)

First time selling a decent amount of items $525.43 towards Disney

My husband had me lmao : "great, the house will be empty, but WE WILL BE GOING TO DISNEY (rolling his eyes at the same time ! ) My response "As long as we get there :smooth:

I normally wait 3 days and then if they didn't contact me I will contact them. After that I will give another 3 days and then have ebay contact them. After that if still no contact you will have to file that they didn't pay.

Is anyone selling pins? I am in the pin exchange and I don't have alot of pins so I figured I could help somebody here with their disney fund and they can help me with the exchange.

I have pins. Most are below retail. I'm selling of the pins I used to use for trading.

I used to trade a lot but haven't traded a pin in a few years. I collect Tinker Bell pins and most of the newer ones released are the same poses of pins I already have.

Just how many pins do I need with Tinker Bell waving her wand??? Years ago the answer would have been ALL of them. Now one or 2 is good. Things change.

We used to have those pin swaps (as we called them) all the time over on the Collector's Board run by Peggie. (Mickey527) They were a lot of fun.
Enjoy that!!!

Let me know if you win any of my auctions for a special deal.

The Game Boy went for a bit over $100 not bad since I paid about $69 for it a while ago. I think I will list my Dreamcast next week. They seem to go for about $65 (I paid that for it.) The gun for about $35. I have to look for the games to go with it.

I have Chanel CoCo perfum up now. New and sealed.

I've only sold one thing on ebay so far, but I have several pairs of barely used Dansko clogs/mules I would like to sell.

I sell kids and womens clothes, toys and a little bit of everything in between. Come check it out. :wave2:

Ebay id: Supernnp
Ebay store: Rogers Resale Rodeo

This week (after relisting once) I sold my Mickey body parts teapot and Mickey kitchen utensils to a gal from NC. I asked her if she was from the DIS, she replied....The what?? I told her all about the DIS and all of you great DISers...so I think we'll have just one more DISer in the future! lol

Just sold my stuffed talking Nala, a new Blue's Clues stuffed animal, a Liz Claiborne purse and my men's skin care line is doing well, as always!

I just won a Mickey bathroom set and a nice Mickey/Walt collectible (from another DISer!).

pixiedust: Pixie Dust to all DISers for helping all of us sellers(& buyers)on Ebay!!

debt52 on ebay :teeth:

I'm thinking about putting our pewter character wall hooks on eBay.They were $8 a piece when we got them 5 or 6 years ago. I haven't seem them for sale since then. We have Micky, Minnie and Goofy (Pluto?) and also Pooh, Tigger and Eyore; all still have the tags on them. Or should we hang on to them?

I'm getting ready to list the free DVD player I won for signing up for a Disney Visa. It's a compact JWin progressive scan DVD player-- seems really nice, but we already own 3- what the heck would I do with another one? :confused3 Hopefully I'll be able to get a few dollars to add to my trip fund...

I've just opened a new Ebay account. All the money I make goes to take my little sister to Disney this November. My rent has gone up sky high so we're still not sure that we can make the trip this year. We'll see!

I've decided to start selling lots, since I've noticed those do better than single items. We have toys she doesn't play with anymore, as well as VHS tapes she liked when she was little but doesn't watch now. I think we're even going to put up some DVDs later.

For now we have a lot of 8 children's VHS tapes up.

I usually sell a few items on Ebay, mostly scrapbooking, then give up because trying to ship everything gets confusing to me! lol

Where do all of you get your boxes and/or envelopes from for shipping? I want to send first class, but I need a cardboard envelope that is a little over 12 inches long, and a box of some sort that will fit a 12x12 inch scrapbook page into it. Any ideas????

Seller id is: dragontrainerL

Thanks!

My eBay id: krv003

I sell whatever I can get my hands on that will make a profit. Most of what I sell is stuff we already had and I am "liquidating." Right now I have Dansko clogs, Fisher Price toys, odd-n-ends. Tonight I have some Pink Floyd t-shirts starting.

I sell iPod's and Video Game systems that I buy in quantity at wholesale when I see a good deal come up and I have the time to ship, etc. When I don't have the time to do a lot of shipping I actually sell an eBook containing links and contact information for wholesale sources for all sorts of electronics. Many people sell the wholesale source lists on eBay, unfortunatly most are scams giving all sellers a bad name. I put a money back gaurantee behind mine.

I can generally buy my electronics for about $50-100 under eBay value, so when I do that, I can put in a few hours a week and make a couple hundred. Not bad for fun work
