No, they split at the end of 2008.

He was on tour in 2009 from Feb. through the 1st of Dec. The tour wasn't supposed to last that long but he kept selling out shows so they extended it twice. I saw him in concert 5 times during it! (love him!)
He's now working on his 2nd CD. Should be out later this year maybe late summer or so.
