What Hotel is the most centraly located? How long does it take to get from RPH to HRH?

Centrally located where? The onsite resorts are all in the same general area...with the exception that RPH is on the one side of CityWalk and is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to Islands of Adventure and HRH is is the other side of CityWalk and about a 5 minute walk to Universal Studios (unless I'm mistaken...?). The two resorts are VERY close to each other, just like the themeparks are very closer to each other. Within walking distance, or, if you'd prefer, take a water taxi from one hotel to CityWalk and catch another water taxi from CityWalk to the other hotel.

HTH!!

Everyone says that HRH is closest to both parks, but I agree with Fly Fly. They are all centrally located. If you walked from HRH to RPH it would probably take you 10-15 minutes. Or you could take the water taxis but with drop offs and changes it could take about 45 minutes to do it. Walking would be the best way to get there IMO. It's a landscaped path, which can be romantic at night.

Do you go thru citywalk to get from HRH to RPH when your walking? Or is there another way?

I don't think there is another way. Going through CityWalk is the most direct route anyway, but it's pleasant...for real. :)

There is also a shuttle bus between the on-site resorts. If you time it right and get there just as the bus pulls up, it only takes a few minutes to get to the RPR from the HRH.
