What's a VWL atrium view room???

I read on another post about really nice atrium view rooms at VWL.
We're staying there in Feb. and are wondering about 2bd villas that have a different and more spacious floor plan. Just where are those rooms?

There really isn't an "atrium view room". The atrium is part of the hallway, it can't be viewed from the room.

Aren't these the ones that if you walk out your door a few steps, you can overlook the small lobby in the villas. Wonder why they'd call them atrium "view" when mostly likely, your view is of woods (i had this view in 2003).

I'm sure they mean the rooms that open up to the area in the center that overlooks the "lobby". It's not really a view unless you open your door! However, I had one of these rooms on our last trip in June, and I loved the convenience of being so close to the elevator. Our balcony view was of the pool area.
