What's a Tag Fairy?

Ok, I've been posting to Disboards for about a year now... I've seen references to a Tag Fairy now and again, and I've often wondered what it was all about. I've never actually asked, as I figured I'd pick it up through context, but I haven't.

So... What's a Tag Fairy?

a tag is the colored text that some people have under their names.

The tag fairy, is the fairy that puts it there @_@

I wondered if a Tag Fairy would be mean spirited. Now I know better!

Or if it's at the top under your name in color it means you wrote it, and the tag fairy colored it

My tags came from meeting the Tag Fairy in VMK!!

Recently, I was also granted dual DIS citizenship of both Mouseketeer & DIS Veteran. Somehow they know I will always be a Mouseketeer at heart.

I'm not sure if the Tag Fairy still visits VMK, but you never know.

One thing you should never do is underestimate the Tag Fairy. She/he may play on VMK and may not, but that's probably one thing we may never know.

I do know I put "Earning My Feathers" in when I started.. but I really thought I had done the coloring? (I shall admit this ancient duck's brain is flawed at times though!) At any rate, I did put those words in, not the Tag Fairy, despite their being colored.

Sorry, as far as I know, the Tag Genie was only around during WPASADI and only gave tags to people who earned them, or the person who earned tags from the Tag Genie was able to choose who they wanted to give tags to, which is how I got my former tag (R.I.P tag )
