Looking for ideas of something that is fairly easy to make, and goes fast to take around to kids consignment shops to sell for some extra xmas $$.
Thought of hair stuff/scrunchies but that may be over done...
Any great ideas out there - ??????

I'd buy some potholders if they come out a decent size. The ones we made came out so small.

fleece hat and mittens~ there was a simple pattern for hats on the family fun website. Its the first thing I look for at craft shows~ just dont price them too high.;)

oh ya here is a tip check out the columbia jackets and other jackets around your area to match the colors for the fleece~ I hate buying the matching hats to my kids columbia jackets cause they usually lose them at school~ if I had the cheaper ones I would save the "brand name ones" for skiing and stuff. just a thought.

im giving this a bump to see if you get any more ideas.

we make crowns for little girls for our crafts booth sometimes. Just use some flexible wrapping paper wire (they sell it with stars) make a circlet 2 or 3 times. Then take many ( i am talking 50-75 or more) ribbons and tie them to the back of the crown. if you use curling ribbon, curl it first. Fiddle with them to get the perfect look. They cost minimal to make and you can sell them for just a couple of dollars which prompts parents to want to buy them. We also make smaller ones for dolls to match.

How about cookie mixes in a jar? Especially if you buy the canning jars and ingredients in bulk.
