Whats a fair resale price?

We are considering adding more points and want to by resale. What is a fair price per point for the different DVC resorts? My husband would like to own at Vero Beach but will look at the other DVCs it the price is right. Thank you for your info.

vero can be had for th elowest of all because of the recent damage and higher fees likely to come...........i bet 63-65 bucks a point is possible. But under 70 should be a lock

Click on the TimeShare Store banner up above and look at all of the DVC lisitings. You will get a realistic idea of what resales are going for.

Vero Beach is usually cheaper than most resorts, but has higher annual fee's. When the previous poster mentions damage, he is talking about the damage Vero incurred during the 2004 hurricanes.
