What's a Concierge room? How can I get one?

I booked using our DVC points, so is getting a concierge room possible? I guess I should find out what it is first huh? Newbie alert...newbie alert...

If you want to stay in concierge, you simply book it. This is true whether you pay cash through Disney Reservation Center or use DVC points.

It does take quite a few more points. For instance, during value season a gardenview room is 35 points/night at the Polynesian for Sunday-Thursday nights. A concierge room is 55 points for those same nights.
