What would you have in it, & all the accessories ?
Where would the Location be ?
Smaller or Bigger ?
What are some things that you would love to have in your house ?

haha this is funny cause me and my friend have actually be discussing what our dream houses are going to look like

since i'm a dork i would want every room to be a different disney themed. so like i want the library from beauty and the beast and a finding nemo themed bathroom and a little mermaid backyard with like fountains and stuff

mhm what else??? i can't think of a disney movie that has an amazing bedroom SLEEPING BEAUTY duh...so a sleeping beauty bedroom

so yeah and it would be huge like i will continuesly (sp) get lost in my own house...:cool1:

Right now, my perfect house would be a cozy lodge-like retreat in Colorado, surrounded by mountains.

But if you asked me tomorrow, it might be a loft in Manhattan or a sea-shack on the coast.
I don't really know what i want yet.

What would your dream house look like? It'd be a beach house. Huge, spacious, airy. Lots of windows and balconies.
What would you have in it, & all the accessories? 4 or 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (full), an office, living space, a kitchen.
Where would the Location be? The Beach.
Smaller or Bigger? Compared to ...
What are some things that you would love to have in your house? A shiny black baby grand piano.

Big. 7 rooms, 8 bathrooms. Stoned facade somewhere on the outside of the house. I am a HUGE fan of stone houses.
It would be somewhere out in California for sure. It has to be close to the beach.
One of the rooms in the house would have a giant blow up picture on a wall of an overhead view of a city. I'm doing that to my room this summer and it's going to look amazing.

My dream house is 2 floors. It's painted green, with red trimming...I think. It's actually based on a real house in my town that I am in LOVE with. I think the house is quite cute.
I'd prefer for it to not be in my town, but I'll deal with it if I do end up living here.
I want to have at least one room that's themed Disney where I can put all of our random souvieners and stuff, but I don't know how I would theme it so it wouldn't look tacky.
I know that my children's rooms are going to be themed Princess and maybe Toy Story (?) when they're toddlers, providing that I get a boy and a girl like I want, and possibly Pooh themed when they're babies.
My kitchen is going to be mostly red, but not bright red, more of like a rustic red.
I want leather furniture in my living room, and a lot of shelf space.
I don't know about my bedroom yet, though. I really like bright colors, but I know that I'll probablly grow out of that by the time I get older.

mine would probably be in a big city or in the redwood forest. either way i am happy. i would have a pool, lots of pets like horses and such, three floors, and would look like a fairytale castle. like snow white!

Mine would be on a large amount of acreage in like upstate new york or connecticut or something. It would be super private too. Maybe a pond as well?
OOOR in tennessee in the smokey mountains with horses.
Or maybe a beach house in Hilton Head, SC.

My dream house would have:
Library - I'd have the walls lined with book shelves and filled with my favorite books and first edition copies of the classics. There would be a desk with an office chair and a huge fire place. I want a plush rug and then a big comfy chair by the fire with a warm throw blanket.
Deck - The house would have a deck that looks out to the ocean. There would be a wicker patio set on my deck to lounge around in.
Master bathroom - I want a big bathroom. A his and hers sink with a vanity. I also want a huge granite tub.

Random items I would have include: a To Kill a Mockingbird poster, a nice globe, bamboo plants, and a huge fluffy down blanket for my bed.

haha I've given this quite some thought. I think I'll have to marry a contractor or something hah.

styled along those lines, but i dislike the red/seafoam color combo. i'd want blue and yellow.

a comfortable living room, but again, probably in different colors. and that room is a little too dark. i like light.

my master bathroom would be my guilty pleasure. i want a big tub, glass shower, tile floors and soft lighting.

a slightly more formal dining room for company and family dinners.

i plan to have children so i need rooms for them.

jules_studio.jpg

i need a place to paint like some people need a bathroom.

i wnat an office in my home. though mine wouldn't be that formal. i plan to be a children's art therapist, so i don't need a fancy room like that. it'll get covered in elmer's glue and paint. lol.

home-library-with-staircase-and-dog.jpg

as a psychologist, i need a home library.

thats my dream house.

Well I have 2 dream homes.

First, I want a massive home with lots of land. Like something in Connecticut, Virginia, or Upstate New York. Very high ceilings, airy, spacious, and comfortable. Nothing to upscale or fancy.

A huge open kitchen with marble countertops. Nothing to dark, light & bright colors. A library whose walls are lined with books all the way up to the ceiling. In the library there will be one wall that is just a window, overlooking the rolling green land of my estate. There will be an out of the way, cozy, corner peice with a huge comfy chair that you just get sucked into. For reading, of course.

The master bedroom would be cozy and warm. Like if I was sick, just being in this room would make me feel better. Large, fluffy down blankets and pillows. An elecric fireplace. The rest of the bedrooms (childrens, and guest) would be light and inviting. Neutral walls with bright accents.

Big bathrooms. Everything marble. A huge tub where I can lay to relax. A spacious shower. Warm to neutral colors.

In the backyard there would be a very large pool and jacuzzi. Lots of patio furniture and a big grill. This would be great for BBQs and casual family get togethers. I'd need a landscaper, definitely.

Anyway, that would be my 'future' house. The one I want for when I'm older, settled down, and with a family. Before that, when I'm still young, I'd love to live in NYC. A small, funky studio apartment. Lots of red and orange. One of those small, spiraly staircases. Have to be in a good neighborhood.

I want a nice house in south-ish Florida.
It would be very close to the beach, and there have to be palm trees all over the yard.
An inground swimming pool, a nice patio.
And since I'm already in Florida, I think I'd decorate it in a dark tropical way. Like rich wood colors, but still keep the tropical theme going.

hmm i want a mansion but i'd like to stay here in new york it would probably be huge with inground infinity pool and jacuzzi, when you enter a huge two sided staircase leading to the second floor, i would want one whole room just for my clothes, kitchen would have stainless steel appliances granite countertops, huge master bedroom with a fireplace, flatscreen TV, balcony, a bed that like high up you need a stool to climb up on it, in front there would be a half moon shaped driveway, master bathroom would have a glass shower, jacuzzi tub, huge mirrors. nice guest room. i can worry about kids rooms another time. i'll add more when it comes to mind but for right now i'm dreaming big:thumbsup2 if i cant have this house i would like a really nice like penthouse in manhattan ;)

My dream home would be nearly identical to the Wilderness Lodge.

The only difference would be the absence of the 100's of guest rooms (it shall have about 3 rooms outside the master). It shall also have a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, and hot tub in the backyard that has a water fall flowing from it into a pool.
