Obviously WDW is much bigger and has more ''Parks'' just wondering what you would like to see in DLP that WDW has?

Even though i havnt been to either DLP / WDW yet i like the look of the ride in WDW where your on the boat and Jaws the shark comes out at you.
That looks fab....
And maybe some water rides :confused3
Animal Kingdom looks amazing too

What would you like to see added to DLP and do you think it would work well there???

I think the Dinosaur Ride looks fab and would work well in DLP
The ride in the U Studios with jaws coming out of water at you would work well.
Think DLP could add more rides in the Universal Studios & more attractions, that would work well.
The EPCOT PARK would work really well and there are some FAB looking rides.

I dont think the water parks would work well in DLP because of weather unless they built a indoor version :confused3

I think an indoor water park with this energy prices will be far to expensive.
The tickets prices would go sky high and the visitors moan already over the current prices.

I'd like more merchandise and I know that sounds crazy given the amount of shops but I find I can get a lot more Mouse related stuff buying via ebay than I can at the park. I'd like plus size clothing (lots of the womens t's are skinny fit for example).

I don't think there is enough housewares (there is one shop on Main Street that has quite a lot) but both me and my bank account could still do more!

I'd definitely like to see a larger clothing range - the French sizes are small. They should have more clothes like the American parks which are better quality and with a vast range of sizes including a plus size range. I think the problem is that clothes are mainly bought by UK and USA tourists and from what I've heard the French in particular don't bother to buy clothes.

I'd also like to see more crafting items.

Dole Whips having tasted them in Florida would be very welcome.

As to rides I'd like to see something like the Winnie the Pooh ride, Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids (although that wouldn't work as Paris is too cold much of the year unless the drenching could be turned off!)

Also, it is about time DLP had more organized queues to meet the characters like WDW where the CM's handle the queues well and you don't need to resort to rugby tackle tactics and risk injury.

poohmadmum and ruthie babe ive sent you a pm with a link to some really nice plus size disney tops they are from the usa but work out cheap as the exchange rate is good

Ive never heard of the Winnie the Pooh ride, that does sound lovely, my dd would love that!

I have never been to the other Disney parks but i have heard of Splash Mountain and i would like it to be in DLRP :thumbsup2

I haven't been to WDW yet but I would love to see DLRP have Test Track as it sounds a great ride.

I think DLRP could probably get away with a couple of water rides as it is usually only cold during the winter, we have water rides at theme parks in the UK and we have similar weather. Having said that the parks in the UK shut for the winter.

We did the log flume in Legoland in March and got absolutley soaked and froze for the rest of the day, it wasn't nice, so I can understand why DLRP shy away from a water-ride.

I haven't been to WDW and have never really looked. I know that my boys' have mentioned things like the Mummy and Jurassic Park rides after watching a TV prog, but I assume they are Universal Studios so not an option anyway.

I would love to see a Winnie The Pooh ride as i loved the one in WDW.

Also i would like to see...erm.... well dolphins would be nice ;) lol.

It would be nice to see the Winne the Pooh ride, splash mountain - maybe you can wear ponchos in winter and I'd like to see the Indiana Jones ride that is similar to the one in Disney California, really good.

I haven't seen it myself yet, but how about Soarin'? Maybe it could be a French or European version, although Disney probably likes the California version as a marketing tool to get people to visit.

I would love to see Soarin and Test Track from Epcot - I think they would fit in at the Studios

I would love to see Mickey Toontown which you can see Mickey and Minnies house and visit Donalds boat - it is a really cute area :)

I would love to see more organised Character meet and greet :)

OOO yes all character interactions to be more organised.

Test track looks AMAZING, i think that would definately work very well in DLP.
Mickey Toontown would be fab too
The Winnie Pooh ride definately a thumbs up
Also more in the Studio Park, like ''The Mummy, Jarasic Park''
Im not so sure on too many water rides in DLP cus of weather but could maybe get away with 1 or 2 and wear a waterproof poncho.
The water mountain sounds great ;)

LETS GET BUILDING :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

''The Mummy, Jarasic Park'' are definite no no's as they are Univeral properties. Winnie the Pooh is a good ride for the kids and those of us who have never grown up or maybe bring back the Mr Toad's Wild Ride that the bear replaced.
Not sure how Test Track would fit in at the Studios as it is a car testing and proving ground, not really a Studio fit unless they made a change to the storyline. I wouldn't imagine they would build another one anyway after the years of struggle to get the first one to work.
Soarin' would be fantastic with a European theme, don't think they kept the California theme for marketing more likely for cost purposes.
Splash Mountain would be great but being wet and cold would be terrible.
Mickey's Philharmagic is a great show from WDW MK and would be easy to transplant into the Studio's.

Toon Town would be great but more like DL than WDW.

That's all I can think of at the mo.

I agree with Jackie, they really should add Town Town with Mickey and Minnie's houses. My DD seems to think Sleeping Beauty's Castle is Mickeys house.

Also love to see Goofy's Brainstomer, great little rollercoaster for little un's and big un's ;)

Yes my DS is convinced that Mickey lives in the castle, Goofy's Barnstormer is good for big kids but a bit of a squeeze to get 2 adults in.

How does it compare to Casey Jr? My kids loved Casey Jr, but hated Big Thunder Mountain (way too fast for my DD5 and DD3). Is Goofy's closer to Casey?
