First let me say how glad I am your daughter is gonna be OK. It hurts my heart when kids get hurt like that..

Second, I am by NO means a big fan of lawsuits...But on this one...I would sue the piss out of the owner, Ben and Jerry's itself, and the contractor responsible for building the counter..

We went and picked up Annalise's cake tonight. It was a big hit. I'm having her write a thank you note where she also asks for a safer Ben and Jerrys for everyone. I may even put in her precious little picture ...
Thank you all for supporting me on my "mama tiger" crusade and keeping my head screwed on right! I don't feel bad at all toying with this guys emotions by sending him a sweet letter by my charming daughter LOL. Kindness can sometimes be the most effective means of rebuttal.

BTW as I was leaving I noticed two men wearing nothing but ammunition duck into the bushes.
