I book my adrs tomorrow!! :cool1: My dates are Dec 5th thru the 14th and on our 1st full day (Sat 12/06/08)! We want to book the Fantasmic dinner package but do you all think we should book our other adrs first? My concern is when they have to take my CC information it will take too much time and I won't get the other adrs I want. What should I do????

if you want to book le cellier, i would book that first thing...i'm not sure about the fantasmic package, as i've never booked there - sorry :worried:

I had my ADR date on Tuesday and booked CRT first eventhough they needed my credit info. I don't know how popular the Fantasmic package is, so I can't help you with that. I did also get LeCellier, 'Ohana and a few other popular ones, but I know that things are booking up quickly. You might want to post your entire ADR list so we can see what other ressies you want to make and can help you with the order in which to make them.

If you want CRT book it first. Really. Then Le Cellier (if you want it- I don't think it matches the hype) and then Fantasmic. Fantasmic isn't that hard to get.

Dec 7th Corral Reef

Dec 8th Le Cellier (I hope!)

Dec 9th Kona

Dec 10th Tusker House

Dec 11th Tutto Italia

We arrive on December 7th and made our ADRs today! It is the 7th, I believe that you could have made yours on the 5th-you had better call.

All I can tell you is what I did when I made my ADRs. I wanted the Luau (unavailable on DDP so paid OOP), Cali Grill, Yachtsmen, Artist Point, LTT and the rest were flexible. Instead of telling the CM what dates I wanted to eat where, I asked her to look and see what dates were open during our stay with times closest to when we wanted to dine! It is much easier on everyone (CM and yourself!) if you give them a bit of play room on times/dates. We got everything we wanted and then some, no stress, no hassle. Now having said that I have to give a nod to the fact that it is just two of us and we are doing several signatures which tend to be a bit easier to get into. And we couldnt' get Luau under the DDP because it only covers level 2 and 3 seating which were full so we paid for level 1.

Hope this helps a little!

We arrive on the Dec 6th and do not make ADRs until June 9th. How did you make yours 183 days before arrival?

I started to freak out until I saw your post!!!! But I'm going to call WDW dining just in case.. I will let you know!

I spoke with a CM and she told me my ADR window starts tomorrow (june 8th) for Dec 5th. She said on her first screen it tells her what dates are open for the window..

WHEW!! That is a load off my mind!!!:thumbsup2

I will be very upset if they are letting people make ADRs in advance of the 180 days.

I would still like to know how she made ADRs at 183 days.

I'm surprised they let you book since you're not at the 180 day mark. I'm going in Dec. too and called at my 180 day at 7 a.m. and still couldn't get several of the ADRs we wanted. I'd hate to think that things were already taken up by folks that weren't even at the 180 day mark. I don't mean this personally toward you, I just wish Disney would be consistent so it's fair to all.

Maybe it is for one of the dinner shows. I can't believe the CM would not know. However even if he or she did not know I don't think their system would allow them to book. I hoep she comes back to tell us how she managed....

If I remember right, WDW lets you book up to 10 days out of your inital arrival date. I think this is so you can book all of your ADRs for your stay and not have to call everyday. So someone who is arriving on Dec 1st till 10th could have made reservations for the 8th already.

Yes that is correct but she states her arrival is on Dec 7 which is 183 days. This is why people are concerned. It makes it look like Disney is not following their rules.

I called DVC and spoke to a CM and they let me book today. I also booked my Tony's ADR when I bought my MVMCP tixs in May. My stay is from December 7th-14th.

oh yes it is! I called yesterday for fantasmic/mama melrose pkg for 12/1-12/2, and was told NO availabilty either day for 4 people.....:confused3 . You prolly cab get Hollywood & Vine, but we heard some bad things bout that place.... good luck!

I booked all my ADRs at 7am, 180 days out, for my Dec. 2-10 trip, and the only ADR I didn't get was the Fantasmic Dinner at Mama Melrose's. At the time, they had 3 spots open for HBD and I didn't ask about H&V. I booked Le Cellier next and that was no problem, but keep in mind I chose to make that ADR for lunch, which doesn't seem as popular as dinner.

Good luck getting everything you want!!

Is anyone else trying this? Why is everyone else waiting until 180 days before arrival. i called today and was told I had to wait until June 9th. Does being a DVC member allow you to book early?
