What would you do? OKW vs AKL

I booked our Easter Vacation last night, but now am second guessing it. Dh, dd and I are going from 3/27-4/4. We always stay at SSR, but wanted to try something different - another factor is my parents in WPB are going to come up and spend a couple days with us. I booked a 1 bedroom at OKW. I figure when my parents come they can take the bed, my dh and I will sleep in the pull out and my dd will make do with an air mattress...nothing illegal here b/c the cm said it can take 5 people. My other thought was for my dh, dd and I to stay in a studio at AKL from the 3/37-3/31 and then move to a 1 bedroom 3/31-4/4. It has the extra "bed" and another bathroom, but at Kidani there is no cs and the walk to Jambo would be too far for my mom (wheelchair). I just don't know if I want to split the stay. We have done that for one night (extra bag), but not 1/2 way through the trip. OKW has everything near including a CS and the huge space, yet AKL is exciting with the savanaha view and the extra bathroom...WWYD?

With the parent issue I'd do OKW. Best part of DVC is you've got DECADES to go back and stay at AKV with a Savannah view. Why rush if it is going to put a cramp in your trip?

That's what I thought too...I think OKW is a better fit for THIS trip...I think we will wait on AKV for our next. I want to try them all!!

I agree, with your parents there OKW is best. There is the option of a Jambo House room. Which resort would the whole family enjoy the most?

OKW has a small CS, but it can be just as far from your room (if not farther) than Mara at AKL. I would stay at AKV in Jambo House which is in the same building as Mara.
