Disney Magic Maker and Tower of Terror Expert!

you will have 6 days at Disney in October. You will be leaving on Halloween night. What days would you go to which parks based on the first day is a Wednesday and the last day is a Monday?
Also, I know what I am about to say should not be spoken here
but, if you could trade in your first day for a day at Universal Studios would you?
The reason why I am asking is in October we are visiting my dad in Boyenten Beach and then driving to Orlando Tuesday night. We should arrive around 8 or 9 and could stay at a resort at Universal and go the very next day and then leave to go home to Disney. DW and I have never been to Universal and think it might be fun.....What would you do...

Central Florida is a wonderful place and there's a lot to see besides the Mouse! 
Universal and IOA ( my choice of the two) are pretty amazing parks themselves.
