What would you do if you got code rates?

I had issues posting, so if this shows up a couple of times, I'm sorry!!

Reading about everyone's great rates has me thinking about what to do if I get good rates for January!
Right now, our ressies (just DBF and me) are for 3 nights std. view AKL and 3 nights at Pop.

If we get a good rate, what should we do? And if you choose "other," tell me what you think the best idea is!

If it were me, I'd take the whole week at AKL. It looks so awesome and your are still saving money.

If I could afford it, I'd do AKL for all nights.

Though the one night concierge would be tempting. But the only reason I'd want to book AKL concierge would be for the sunrise safari and if for some reason I could not do it on that one night, due to weather or something else, I'd be heartbroken.

I know, it really sounds appealing to not have to pack up our stuff and waste time moving and checking in one morning.

I am just so torn about what to do. I have heard Coronado Springs is really nice and would like to check it out... and I want to do the Sunrise Safari, so there's that to consider, too... I just don't know!

I love Peeps too! I like to let them get stale and crunchy before I eat them, though.

I voted for AKL all week. No moving, packing, just a relaxing vacation at a great place plus a bit of savings to boot.

Definitely AKL for the week. It's a beautiful resort and it's truly an escape.

So far, looks like an overwhelming "Stay at AKL all week" response. Hmmm. This is getting more and more appealing.

I'm thinking maybe the Sunrise Safari isn't so important... since it's DBF's first time, he's probably going to be floored by Kilimanjaro... no need to pull out the big guns with the Sunrise Safari just yet.

Having stayed at both POP and AKL in July my answer would be to stay at AKL for the entire vacation. We really liked POP, but given the opportunity to stay longer at AKL I'd have done that. Besodes where else can you open your window and see a giraffe, etc.? Skip the sunrise safari this time and take in everything else. If another opportunity arises with the same scenario stay Pop for the first half and ALK Concierge the second half--for Concierge to be really worth it you should stay at least 2 days. Otherwise so much is lost with the move
