I love the idea behind these pins and bought some for my next trip to WDW. I sincerely hope I run into the little old man (forgot his name...sorry!) who was busy handing out stickers and greeting kids in front of MGM the last time I was there. He was so sweet.

I do not think these are 'official' Disney items, so I don't think they are available at the parks.
