And what do you actually get?

I think I would get along great with being able to be in bed 10 pm to 8 am every day. It usually is more like 10:30 to 6:30. So hard to get up at 6:30.

I would be awesome with 8 hours of sleep. 11pm - 7am would be ideal for work days. It's probably more like 6.5 - 7 hours a night. 12-12:30 to 7ish.

I would be very happy sleeping 11pm-7am everyday of the week. I usually sleep from about 11:30-12:00 until around 6 am. It's enough to function!

10:30 - 6:30 is ideal for me...11-6:30 is more likely, so I'm not complaining!

Retirement has afforded anytime sleeping! I like 11:30 pm - 7:30 am however I seldom seem to be awake for the 11 pm news anymore.. sigh.

I do better on less sleep. I would like 1130-430. Currently, I am running about 12a - 330, with multiple wake-ups within.

Honestly, I'd like something like midnight -9/10am...a little more realistic, I'd like something like 11ish - 8. I get up at 5 every weekday morning and go to bed between 10:30-midnight.

I am in bed by 9, asleep by 10 or 10:30, up around 5:45. I would love 10:30-7! I've lost the ability to sleep in though. Even in the summer when the kids didn't have to get up for school and I could have slept in I was still up at 5:30/5:45

I'm at my best on 8 hours. Anything more and I feel tired during the day, strange as it sounds. I sleep 10-6 or 9:30-5:30, depending on whether I'm working out in the morning, and on the weekends the kids let me and DH sleep until 7.

I'd like 8, but reality during the week is 6 1/2.....730 pm to 2 am. Weekends I get 12, 10 pm to 10 am.

Midnight to 7 would be great. I try to do this on the weekend if my dog lets me sleep.

What do I really get? My normal weekday sleep schedule is 11:30-5:30.

Midnight to 8:00 am would be ideal, but only if I could still leave work when I do now (5:00 pm) or before.

Typical night is 11:00 pm to 5:40 am.

I need 8 hours of sleep. I like 9. I usually sleep from 10 - 5:30.

My preferred sleeping hours would be 10pm-6am or so. Unfortunately I have to be up at 5am, so I try to aim for a 9:30pm bedtime. I don't like waking up in the dark - 5am has been really tough lately!

I am disabled and my sleep cycle is horrible. I would love 11-8 with one wake up. I have to move every 4 hours or so and use the bathroom. Lately I get to sleep at 4 and get up at 12-1. This totally ruins the day. Maybe with the time change I can work in a new schedule.

I'm a night owl, so I love being retired now. Before I retired I had to be up at 5:30. Going to bed before midnight was just awful for me. I'd have to have a nap when I got home in the afternoon. Now I usually go to bed at 1:30 - 2:00 am and get up at 9:00 - 9:30.

In my perfect (aka imaginary) world, I would sleep from about 3am to 11:00am. I do pretty good with 7-8 hours of sleep.

Alas, my alarm goes off at 6:30am to get the kids ready for school and I usually end up with about 3-4 hours. I do sleep in on the weekends and its glorious.

In bed between 10-11 pm get up at 5:50. On weekends if I make it to 7:30 am, I consider that sleeping in.
