What would be your dream Disney Job?

DD is starting her dream job at WDW next week in Imagineering.

Congrats to your DD - that's wonderful! Do you think we'll be able to pay to have Lunch or Dinner with her (as in "Lunch/Dinner with an Imagineer"?)

agnes!

I would love to be the Fairy Godmother...but if I was too old, love to be a photographer

Being an Imagineer has been my dream job since I was about 8 years old :). I'd also like to do something in Creative Entertainment, probably as a choreographer or something.

I really want to be Ariel...but since I'm 46 and not 100 pounds, that is probably out of the question! So I would LOVE to be a ghost host in the Haunted Mansion!

I think i'd like to work in one of the thrill rides like TOT or EE - or maybe even learn how to drive the Monorail

I would love to work with the sewing department and costuming....I would gladly re-sew or mend in IASW...even with the music running :goodvibes

Pyrotechnician :cool1: You now the one that coordinates and sets off the fireworks.

My job is completely made up, but I could see a need for it.

I want to be an undercover tourist. I get to stay at the resorts, and go to all the parks, and eat at all the restaraunts. I then report back to some big shot with my opinions on the rooms, rides, dining, cm interaction, etc...

The best part would be, everyday is take you child to work day.

p.s. this job would mean going to all of the Disney resorts, or Disney hotels worldwide.

I would like to work at Epcot taking care of animals of the Living Sea. And if I worked for Disney Cruise Line, work at Castaway Cay with the stingrays educating people about them.
I would so love to do that too! I kinda already do the education bit at an aquarium already but an aquarium at Disney=awesome!
My other dream job would be as a Disney pastry chef. I graduated from culinary school and Disney is my ultimate dream job .... Someday maybe :)

A part of me is really wondering if I could get a job at Disney doing software. I'm sure they need people for that (I'm guessing they do the websites, programs for games and attractions, etc all in house)

I currently an doing software and systems engineering work for a government contractor (working on SSBNs which are Navy Submarines) but Disney would be so much more fun.

She will doing Communications within Imagineering. That would be funny if she did the lunch/dinner thing, but she won't be an actual Imagineer. She just graduated from college in December and is already going to her "dream job".

I'm with you, where can I sign up for this job?

I would want to work at AK, but I can't decide between one of two jobs there. I'd love to work at the Tip Board, giving people directions and information about AK. But when it's extremely hot, I'd like to work out at Rafiki's Planet Watch, telling people about the veterinary procedures. I even took a picture of the CM there who has "my" job-

Wow so many choices.

I asked both of my boys and they said they would like to be Vinylmation designers (can you tell we are into vinylmations at our house right now?)

I think I would like to be in some type of department that assists with helping Make a Wish type trips. I would like to help make those trips as magical as possible.

I would like to be someone who just goes around giving out pixie dust - like the magic fastpasses from the promotions and stuff.

It will never happen, but my Disney dream job would be to be a stage performer. I would have loved to have been one of the "Kids of the Kingdom" or whatever they were called, that used to do the stage shows in front of the castle.

...the NERVE of her! [ :teeth: ]

I would get bored doing the same job all of the time, so I have to pick floater. I would be happy filling in wherever I am needed and hopefully will do something different each day.

So one day I can be a princess:, the next a pirate:, and the next a :wizard:

That would be really cool to me. :)
