What would be your dream Disney Job?

A part of me is really wondering if I could get a job at Disney doing software. I'm sure they need people for that (I'm guessing they do the websites, programs for games and attractions, etc all in house). ...

The last I heard IT is actually not done in-house anymore.

agnes!

There's a couple of jobs others have mentioned like "mystery shopper/visitor" and they all coincide with my need to be the person who hires and fires...yeah, I know, complete control freak...but if you want the job done right:rotfl2:

I have two answers. My Dream Job and the one I actually have.

As a CPA with a lot of management audit experience my dream job would be "Freelance Internal Auditor, Devils' Advocate, and Announcer That The Emperor Is Not Wearing Clothes" and reporting directly to the President of WDW. I would get specific assignments which would include costume as "Tourist" or "Suit" or job-specific. It would entail talking to Guest and other Cast and making suggestions for improvements to both the Guest and Cast experience.

My actual job is Guest Relations, Ticket Sales, and Park Greeter at Typhoon Lagoon, but I work no more than two days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and have fun. (I do not need the job; I spend more money in an average monthy that I make there, but I can have fun with Guests and the discounts and free admission help.)

Being a former pastry chef, I would love to work at the Grand Floridian doing wedding cakes. :lovestruc
