I am taking my two sons on a second trip to WDW, Aug 22-29. I really would like to know everyones opinions as to which Disney restaurants would be the best for my two boys and myself during our offsite stay (so no DDP). I plan on most breakfast in the condo but would like ONE nice Disney breakfast, ONE enjoyable Disney sit-down lunch, and ONE awsome Disney sit-down dinner. I have only been to a handful of sit-down Disney restaurants and never with kids. My boys are pretty well-behaved at a restaurant at home, eating out is viewed as a very special treat, and it is usually someplace they LOVE to go:love: !

Anyone who wants to respond, we will be at all the Disney theme parks and DTD is also an option. Thanks a heap !:tigger:

With your boys you will probably want to do at least one "Mickey" themed character meal. Your older boy probably wouldn't be interested in the Playhouse Disney or the Winnie the Pooh meals and probably neither in the Princess themes. I would suggest Chef Mickey's, Donalds Safari Breakfast or 'Ohana's breakfast.

Maybe Le Cellier for lunch since you are not on the DDP and the menu is pretty much the same, but cheaper at lunch!

How about the new Dinosaur Cafe? I've been many times to the one in Kansas City and my kids and nephew love the atmosphere!

We went in January with our 6 and 12.5 year old nieces. The character breakfasts were a huge hit, any of them are great and the kids ate alot. The TS dinners were not good at all...we did Fultons (which was fine since the little one at at McDonalds before hand), Coral Reef (which no one but me liked and the girls did like the huge fish tank ha ha) and 1900 PF dinner (we all hated the food but loved the characters)

When we take the kids again we will do character meals for every breakfast and just CS for lunch and dinner
