What words do you overuse?

I find myself saying "so" way to much.

I say "like" waaaaaaaaaaaay to much. I wish I could stop, it gets annoying even to me!

It's like, like, when you don't really mean similar to or feel good about. I hate it when I hear myself say it but can't seem to break the habit. Used to be just valley girls, but it spread like a disease.

It seems like, I mean as if it's a word we use to cushion everything. You don't really take a stand and say with certainty "it was terrible", you instead say "it was like, so terrible." I think it allows us to distance ourselves from what we say. Am I getting too deep here?

I say 'dude' too much. If I were, say, 22 or 23 it wouldn't be, but at 36 my usage of the term is way too much.

I use "dude" a lot too and I am 36!

I also use "hello" in a very sarcastic tone all the time.

Jeez Louise is used often too - had to tone down since my kids have arrived!
