That was a busy year for me!! I got married in May of 90 and then got pregnant in October!!

Looking at the thread -- it looks like 1971/72 was a busy year for a lot of people's folks!!

Well, I was one of them in '73!!!! Got married for the first time in '70.

As to 1990...I got married for the second time on April 7!!!

hasnt it been said that if you remember the eighties you probably werent there? he he he vaguely recollects a decade by that number,, in 1990 i was drinking heavily, getting over the fact that me first wife had left me and moved another woman in, drinking heavily,, and trying to stay a ive so i could continue drinking heavily,,, thankfully in 93 i met dw and have been sober since

EDITED TO ADD also was getting out of college and starting my search for gainful employment etc,,, which turned ot to be carpentry , which i had used to work my way through college,, and still would do today if these darn drs will ever get me a new lid on this eye so i can

That was the year I graduated from High School! Began college and then boyfriend, who ended up being dear hubby after several times apart, was deployed to Japan with the Marine Corps for the first war with Iraq.

1990 was a big year for me, as I went from having no kids to having two; January 18th and December 28th! Yep, they're 11 months apart.

So needless to say, I was pregnant for a majority of 1990!

Me too! I had tons of NKOTB gear--tees, hats, a watch, the dolls, I even watched the short lived NKOTB animated series! I had a serious crush on Donnie Wahlberg and Jon um..what's his face.

1990..lessee...eighth grade year in middle school if I 'member correctly. Year of the tight, acid-washed jeans, baggy shirts with the clippie things on the bottom and giant hair. I was trying SO hard to look like a hair metal groupie.
