Has anyone "here" ever gone during free dining before?

Does it affect the crowd situation??? I went in September of 2003 and the parks were very very un-crowded!!! Loved it!!! BUT... there was NO free dining then!!!

I went in September 2005 when the free dining started and it wasn't busy. Now I did hear that last year 2006 they did have an increase of visitors from the past.

No actually we have booked but it was with the 40 % off code. I was one of the lucky ones that was able to get it without a pin number. So I am booked, but with free dining it would still save me another $300.00 on top of what i'm paying now. I was going to sit back and wait for free dining, but I wanted to go no matter what so that's why I booked.

the 28th thru the 1st at the Poly....an anniversary trip for just DH and I....to meet some crazy vikings

I think we may end up going to the Epcot resorts tho...YC, BC OR BW...to be closer to my friends and the food and wine

We're going Sept 15th thru the 21st. It will be my parents, sister, brother-in-law, niece, and friends of ours, and of course, DH and I. This is our first time staying at the POP (usually stay at the Coronado or WL, but trying to save some money this year). I can't wait!
