What was the 40% off discount?

Ok reading some of the other posts I've noticed talk about a 40% off special, was this a pin code, AP rate, or open to the general public? Is it still available and if so for what dates?

This was a mailed postcard 40% discount(that is what I got). and it had time frames that trips could be taken with that discount. It also had to be booked by March 15th.
