What was that alien looking thing on stilts?

During MNSSHP we saw something we had never seen or even heard of. It was an alien looking thing on stilts and it would wrap itself around the polls in Tomorrowland placing his foot on top of the garbage can. Kids would come along and throw things in the garbage can and jump. It was so funny to watch and neat to watch him walk along down the street.
Anybody ever heard of this or seen this before?

It sounds like some sort of character similar to DeVine at AK...

We got a picture with him also - I asked his name and he said something in a high-pitched voice and said it was hard for humans to understand.

We have seen them the past 2 years as well. They are also in PI during the night and some of the parades.

We saw them last year too. I think they're just supposed to be aliens. They were really acrobatic. We enjoyed watching them. They scared one of my ds's a little, but I thought they were great.
